M-division twin-turbo V8, calibrated in both S63TU (F1x M5/M6, F85/F86 X5 M/X6 M) and S63TU4 (F90 M5, F9x M8, F95/F96 X5 M/X6 M) form. Choose your turbo setup and fuel, then the file is revised from your logs.

Each stage states the hardware it expects and the fuels it supports. Pricing is the base calibration for that stage.

Stock Turbo

Factory turbos on pump gas or a mild ethanol blend. Boost, timing and lambda are shaped around what the stock charge cooling and fueling can hold across repeated pulls.

What to expect on the S63

A hot-V V8 hides its heat problems until you log it. Calibration here is built around charge-air temperature, oil temperature and knock behavior under sustained load rather than a single pull, so the car stays usable after the third run instead of only the first.

Hardware checklist

  • Plugs stepped colder and gapped for the boost level you are running
  • Coils in known-good condition — a hot-V V8 punishes weak spark under load
  • Charge-air and oil temperatures logged, not assumed
  • Ethanol content measured before every logging session if you run blends
  • Downpipes fitted before hybrid-turbo targets are set

Notes

  • No reference output figures are published for this platform yet. Targets are set from your hardware and your logs rather than from a headline number we have not measured.
  • The two S63 generations do not share a calibration. An S63TU file is not an S63TU4 file, and the VIN is what settles it.
  • Heat is the limit long before boost is. Sustained-load logs matter more here than a single third-gear pull.
